Greetings! My name is Dominic and I call Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania my home.  I’m a junior at Penn State University, majoring in Information Sciences and Technology.

I created this blog as a means of an outlet for my obsession with food.  Ever since I could remember, I’ve always enjoyed creating, eating, and learning about food.  I come from a large Italian/German family (each parent has 9 brothers/sisters), and while the get-togethers are vast, the food is even bigger and better!

Though I have an abundance of knowledge in food, I will admit, I’m a picky eater.  I’ve never really developed a liking for most meats, in particular.  Also, I’ve yet to find something oriental that I can drool over.

When I’m not obsessing over food, I can often be found:

• drawing
• reading
• playing video games (come on, what nerd doesn’t?)
• bowling
• taking and sharing photos of myself on the toilet via text messages
